•KUNAFA
A dessert made with finely shredded dough infused with orange blossom water, filled with rich cream or delicious cheese, topped with orange blossom simple syrup and garnished with crushed pistachios.                                    
Serving temperature: This is personal preference. We definitely recommend serving it warm, however, the flavour of my cream kunafas do resemble a kunafa cheesecake when cold! Must be refrigerated.
 
 
 
 
 
•TAMRIYYA
A gorgeous cardamom and sesame seed date bar dessert, a perfect combination of textures; soft dates surrounded with a buttery crust and topped off with sesame seeds.
  
  
 
 
 
•BASBOUSA
An addictive creamy coconut semolina cake topped off with almonds. A dessert you won't be able to put down.
 
 
 
 
 
•LABANIYYA
A melt-in-your-mouth cardamom infused, milk-based fudge dessert, and one of the traditional sweets in Saudi Arabia's western region (known as Hijaz region). Very delicious and a must try! Must be refrigerated.
